Our Services
Person-centered Medicaid Waiver services that support independence, inclusion, and quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
What We Provide
All of our services are funded through Pennsylvania's Medicaid Waiver programs under the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). Services are tailored to each participant's Individual Support Plan (ISP).

In-Home & Community Support (IHCS)
Personalized support in your home and community.
In-Home and Community Support (IHCS) is a PA Medicaid Waiver service that provides direct, hands-on assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes and within their communities. Our trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work side-by-side with participants to build skills, promote independence, and support daily living — all grounded in each person's individual goals and support plan.

Community Participation Support (CPS)
Active inclusion in community life.
Community Participation Support (CPS) is a PA Medicaid Waiver service that helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities actively participate in their communities. Unlike IHCS (which focuses primarily on the home), CPS is centered on engagement outside the home — connecting participants to meaningful activities, social relationships, volunteer work, and community settings that reflect their interests and choices.
