- Valid PA driver's license and reliable vehicle
- PA State Police background clearance
- FBI clearance (required for working with vulnerable populations)
- Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
- Compassionate, patient, and person-centered mindset
- Prior experience with IDD population preferred but not required — we train!
